706210 QM4 DSC MUX Connects to Adaptive Broadband's QM4 Modulator and Demodulator to provide a 72 kbps synchronous, RS-422, data channel and a variable rate asynchronous, RS-232, data channel. Each connection to the Modulator or Demodulator are via 9 RS-232 signals, 8 data and 1 clock at 24khz. The Modulator receives the 8 data signals and provides clock. The Demodulator provides the 8 data signals and clock. Both the Modulator and Demodulator provide the 706210 with 5 Vdc power.
