Administrative Assistant & Front Office Coordinator

Must be polite, friendly, well organized, with good interpersonal skills and a professional appearance. Written and oral communications with proficient computer skills is a must. Must have a positive and friendly presentation when dealing with customers. Computer interaction will be in MS OFFICE WinWord & Excel, COREL OFFICE7 Word Perfect.

Knowledge of ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR or MS IMAGE COMPOSER desirable. Must be willing and able to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks. AA/AS with 6-12 months office coordination experience is a plus.


Responsibilities Include
Answering telephone, routing calls to the appropriate individuals or taking messages.
Taking care of incoming/outgoing mail.
Working with computers, typing letters and data entry.
Filing, FAX transmittals, routing received Faxes to appropriate individuals.
Keeping track of employee vacation schedules and similar office duties.

Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM One hour break for lunch.

Salary: Commensurate with skills.
